SESAME GARLIC SHRIMP OVER CRISPY NOODLE

Ingredients (1 serving)

8 pc 21/25 peeled & deveined shrimp

2 oz. whole grain Italian style angel hair pasta (dry weight)

1/2 small red bell pepper (1/2 inch dice)

1 stalk scallion
-
1/2 oz Sesame Garlic Sauce
Preparing it (7 minutes)

Boil pasta until well done then drain and grease with vegetable oil.
Cooking it (6 minutes)

Spread pasta in sheet pan and oven roast at 350°F, high fan for 10 min (or until top is slightly brown and bottom is still soft).

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a sauté pan to 400°F.

Add pepper, scallion and shrimp. Sauté until done then finish with Sesame Garlic Sauce.

Arrange pasta on plate and build up loosely to give more height.

Top off pasta with shrimp.
