ORANGE GINGER TEMPURA CHICKEN

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 6 pc tempura chicken

  • 1.5 oz Orange Ginger Sauce

  • 2 oz. romaine lettuce

  • 3 oz mandarin orange segments

  • 2 oz grape tomatoes

  • 2 oz pineapple chunks

  • 2 stalks scallion

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • 2 - 8” flat bamboo skewer

Preparing it (5 minutes)

  1. Salad dressing – combine 0.5 oz Orange Ginger sauce & 1 oz heavy cream.

  2. Toss salad with dressing.

Cooking it (15 - 30 minutes)

  1. Oven bake or deep fry pre-battered tempura chicken.

  2. Skewer 3 pieces chicken separated by scallion onto each skewer then brush Orange Ginger Sauce onto chicken.

  3. Place chicken skewers over salad.
