ORANGE GINGER TEMPURA CHICKEN

Ingredients (1 serving)

6 pc tempura chicken

1.5 oz Orange Ginger Sauce

2 oz. romaine lettuce
-
3 oz mandarin orange segments
-
2 oz grape tomatoes
-
2 oz pineapple chunks
-
2 stalks scallion
-
1 oz heavy cream
-
2 - 8” flat bamboo skewer
Preparing it (5 minutes)
-
Salad dressing – combine 0.5 oz Orange Ginger sauce & 1 oz heavy cream.

Toss salad with dressing.
Cooking it (15 - 30 minutes)

Oven bake or deep fry pre-battered tempura chicken.

Skewer 3 pieces chicken separated by scallion onto each skewer then brush Orange Ginger Sauce onto chicken.

Place chicken skewers over salad.
