Bulgogi Beef

Bulgogi Beef.HEIC

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 12 to 16 oz thinly sliced flank steak or chicken

  • 1/2 cup Bulgogi Sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds

  • 1 stalk chopped scallion

Cooking it (40 minutes - 24 hours)

  1. Marinate beef or chicken in Bulgogi Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight. 

  2. Heat oil in pan until hot.

  3. Add beef or chicken and sear 30-45 seconds per side.

  4. Top off with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.

  5. Serve over rice.
