Bulgogi Beef

Ingredients (4 servings)

12 to 16 oz thinly sliced flank steak or chicken

1/2 cup Bulgogi Sauce
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
-
1 stalk chopped scallion
Cooking it (40 minutes - 24 hours)

Marinate beef or chicken in Bulgogi Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight.

Heat oil in pan until hot.

Add beef or chicken and sear 30-45 seconds per side.

Top off with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
-
Serve over rice.
