BROCCOLI STIR FRY

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 cup broccoli florets

3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce

1 tbsp oil
Preparing it (1 minute)

Cut broccoli into florets.
Cooking it (5 minutes)
-
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 20 seconds.

Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
-
Add broccoli and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce and stir fry until sauce fully coats broccoli.
