ASIAN STYLE BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS

Ingredients (4 servings)

1 rack spare ribs (approx. 2 lbs) *

¾ cup your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce (Sesame Garlic or Hoisin Teriyaki)
* You can substitute the spare ribs with chicken, pork chops, or steak.
Preparing it (2 - 24 hours)

Boil spare ribs in water until fully cooked.

Marinate cooked spare ribs with your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.
Cooking it (10 - 15 minutes)

Barbeque or grill spare ribs at medium heat until edges are brown.

Brush on additional sauce for a richer flavor.
