TUNA TARTARE

Ingredients (1 serving)

2 oz. yellow fin tuna
-
5 pc. blue corn chips
-
1 stalk scallion
-
1 tsp Black sesame seeds
-
1 tsp White sesame seeds
-
1 tsp Wasabi powder
-
1 tsp Sesame Garlic sauce
Preparing it (10 minutes)

Place 4 pieces of corn chip on plate.

Chop or cut tuna into very thin slices then place on corn chip.

Drizzle ¼ tsp Sesame Garlic sauce over each portion of tuna.

Cut 4 thin pieces of scallion on a bias then place on tuna.

Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
-
Mix 1 tsp wasabi powder with 1 tsp water the drizzle one drop on tuna.
