TUNA TARTARE

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 oz. yellow fin tuna 

  • 5 pc. blue corn chips 

  • 1 stalk scallion 

  • 1 tsp Black sesame seeds 

  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds 

  • 1 tsp Wasabi powder 

  • 1 tsp Sesame Garlic sauce 

Preparing it (10 minutes)

  1. Place 4 pieces of corn chip on plate. 

  2. Chop or cut tuna into very thin slices then place on corn chip. 

  3. Drizzle ¼ tsp Sesame Garlic sauce over each portion of tuna. 

  4. Cut 4 thin pieces of scallion on a bias then place on tuna. 

  5. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.  

  6. Mix 1 tsp wasabi powder with 1 tsp water the drizzle one drop on tuna.
