SCALLOPS AND SNOW PEAS WITH GARLIC SAUCE 

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb scallops

  • ½ cup snow peas

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce 

  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

Preparing it (3 minutes)

  1. Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.

  2. Shred carrot.

Cooking it (5 minutes)

  1. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).

  2. Stir fry scallops until desired doneness.

  3. Add vegetables and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce. 

  4. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
