ROAST CHICKEN WITH ASIAN GLAZE

Ingredients (2 servings)

1 whole chicken (3 - 4 lbs)

1 tbsp salt

3 tbsp your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce (Orange Ginger, General Tso's or Sweet & Sour)
Preparing it (5 minutes)

Salt chicken inside and out.
Cooking it (55 minutes)

Roast chicken at 425ºF for 50 minutes or until done.

Remove chicken from oven then glaze with your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce.

You may also warm some sauce and serve it on the side.
