PEPPER STEAK

Ingredients (2 servings)

½ lb flank steak (sliced)

½ small red bell pepper (julienned)

½ small green bell pepper (julienned)
-
½ small onion (julienned)

4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
-
1 ½ tbsp oil
Preparing it (7 minutes)

Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
-
Cut onions and peppers into strips.
Cooking it (5 minutes)

Heat ½ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).

Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.

Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
-
Stir fry for 30 seconds.
