PEPPER STEAK 

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb flank steak (sliced) 

  • ½ small red bell pepper (julienned) 

  • ½ small green bell pepper (julienned) 

  • ½ small onion (julienned)

  • 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce 

  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

Preparing it (7 minutes)

  1. Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.

  2. Cut onions and peppers into strips.

Cooking it (5 minutes)

  1. Heat ½ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).

  2. Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.

  4. Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.

  5. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
