ORANGE GINGER TEMPURA SHRIMP

Ingredients (2 servings)

6 oz. peeled & deveined shrimp 31/40

Tempura batter
-
1 oz. Orange Ginger Sauce
-
1 /4 tsp black sesame seeds
Preparing it (10 minutes)

Thaw out frozen shrimp and drain excess water.

Dust with tempura batter until sticky.

Add more tempura batter until batter to dry off the sticky batter. Shrimp should not be sticking to each other.
Cooking it (10 minutes)

Deep fry for 90 secconds.
-
Toss in a bowl with 1 oz Orange Ginger Sauce then serve over bed of leafy greens.
-
Top off with sesame seeds.
