BROILED SESAME GARLIC SALMON

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet *

  • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce 

  • 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce (optional)

* You can substitute the salmon fillet with chicken, beef or pork.

Preparing it (15 minutes - 24 hours)

  1. Marinate salmon filet with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce for at least 15 minutes or overnight for a richer flavor.

Cooking it (10 - 12 minutes)

  1. Broil or grill marinated salmon for approximately 10 - 12 minutes.

  2. Brush on Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce or serve on the side (optional).
