Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb chicken thigh or breast meat (cubed) *

  • ½ cup of your favorite batter

  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce

* Pre-battered/breaded chicken chunks can also be used. You can also substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables. 

Preparing it (7 minutes)

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Remove excess water from chicken.

  3. Coat chicken with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)

  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).

  2. Deep fry chicken until fully cooked and golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.

  3. Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce in a skillet or wok.

  4. Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
