CRISPY ORANGE CHICKEN

Ingredients (2 servings)

½ lb chicken thigh or breast meat (cubed) *

½ cup of your favorite batter

2 cups oil for deep frying

3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce
* Pre-battered/breaded chicken chunks can also be used. You can also substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables.
Preparing it (7 minutes)

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.

Remove excess water from chicken.

Coat chicken with batter.
Cooking it (7 minutes)

Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).

Deep fry chicken until fully cooked and golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.

Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce in a skillet or wok.

Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
