CRISPY ORANGE BEEF 

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb beef (julienned) *

  • ½ cup of your favorite crispy batter

  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce 

* You can also substitute the beef with chicken, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables. 

Preparing it (7 minutes)

  1. Cut beef into thin strips.

  2. Remove excess water from beef.

  3. Coat beef with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)

  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).

  2. Deep fry beef until done and golden brown. Then remove from oil and set aside.

  3. Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce in a skillet or wok.

  4. Add beef and toss until sauce fully coats beef.
