CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS WITH ASIAN DIPPING SAUCES  

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb chicken tenders *

  • ½ cup of your favorite breading or batter mix

  • 3 tbsp your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce (Orange Ginger, General Tso's, Sweet & Sour)

  • 1 cup oil

* You can substitute the chicken tenders with fish sticks, shrimp or vegetables.

Preparing it (5 minutes)

  1. Remove excess water from chicken.

  2. Bread or batter chicken.

 

Cooking it (10 minutes)

  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).

  2. Deep fry chicken until golden brown.

  3. Serve chicken tenders with your choice of Asian Menu™ Sauce at room temperature.
