COLD SESAME NOODLES 

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 lb cooked noodle (or pasta)

  • 1 carrot (shredded) 

  • 1 stalk scallion (diced) 

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 5 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

Preparing it (3 minutes)

  1. Shred carrot into matchsticks.

  2. Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.

Cooking it (7 minutes)

  1. Boil pasta or noodle until just done.

  2. Drain and cool down pasta or noodle with cold water.

  3. Toss pasta or noodle, carrots and scallions with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce. 

  4. Top off with sesame seeds.
