CLASSIC VEGETABLE STIR FRY  

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ small red bell pepper (julienned) 

  • ½ cup broccoli florets 

  • 1 stick carrot (julienned)

  • ½ cup snow peas (trimmed) 

  • ½ cup baby corn

  • ½ onion (wedged)

  • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce 

  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

* You can also add your choice of chicken, beef, pork and seafood to this dish.

Preparing it (10 minutes)

  1. Cut pepper into thin strips.

  2. Cut broccoli into florets.

  3. Julienne stick of carrot.

  4. Cut the ends of the snow peas and peel away the string. 

  5. Cut onion into wedges.

Cooking it (7 minutes)

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 20 seconds.

  2. Blanch carrots and snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.

  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx 400°F).

  4. Add all vegetables to wok or skillet and stir fry.

  5. Add Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce and stir fry for 30 seconds.
