CHINESE ROAST PORK (CHAR SIU)
Ingredients (8 servings)
2 lb tenderloin *
¾ cup Asian Menu™ Hoisin Teriyaki Sauce
* You can substitute the pork loin with chicken, spare ribs or beef.
Preparing it (2 - 24 hours)
Boil tenderloin in water until fully cooked.
Marinate cooked tenderloin with Asian Menu™ Hoisin Teriyaki Sauce in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.
Cooking it (7 minutes)
Barbeque or grill tenderloin at medium heat until edges are brown.
Brush on additional sauce for a richer flavor.
