  CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ lb. chicken breast (sliced) 

  • ½ small red bell pepper (julienned) 

  • ½ cup broccoli florets

  • 1 stick carrot (julienned) 

  • ½ cup snow peas (trimmed) 

  • ½ cup baby corn

  • ½ onion (wedged)

  • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce

  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

Preparing it (10 minutes)

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.

  2. Cut pepper into thin strips.

  3. Cut broccoli into florets.

  4. Julienne stick of carrot.

  5. Cut the ends of the snow peas and peel away the string. 

  6. Cut onion into wedges.

Cooking it (7 minutes)

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 20 seconds.

  2. Blanch peppers, carrots and snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.

  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx 400°F).

  4. Add chicken and stir fry until almost done.

  5. Add all vegetables to wok or skillet and stir fry until chicken is fully cooked.

  6. Add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce and stir fry for 30 seconds.
