BROCCOLI STIR FRY 

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 cup broccoli florets

  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparing it (1 minute)

  1. Cut broccoli into florets.

Cooking it (5 minutes)

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 20 seconds.

  2. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).

  3. Add broccoli and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce or Asian Brown Sauce and stir fry until sauce fully coats broccoli.
