BEEF SATAY

Ingredients (2 servings)

1 lb flank steak (sliced)

4 stalks scallion (1 inch segments)

6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
Preparing it (10 minutes)

Slice flank steak ¼ inch thick and 3 inches in length against the grain.

Marinate with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce for 30 minutes.

Cut scallions 1 inch in length.

Skewer 2 pieces of scallion and 3 pieces of beef together (use scallion to separate the beef).
Cooking it (approx. 4 - 6 minutes)

Grill skewered beef on each side for approx. 2 - 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
