BEEF AND BROCCOLI

Ingredients (2 servings)

½ lb flank steak (sliced) *

1 cup of broccoli florets

3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce
-
2 tbsp oil
-
1 tsp corn starch
* You can substitute flank steak with chicken, shrimp, scallops or vegetables.
Preparing it (5 minutes)

Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.

Cut broccoli into florets.
Cooking it (5 minutes)

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 20 seconds.

Marinate beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).

Add flank steak and stir fry until desired doneness.

Add broccoli and Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce.

Stir fry for approximately 30 seconds.
