 ASIAN TOFU SALAD

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 12 oz. soft (silken) tofu

  • 1 stick carrot (julienned) 

  • 1 stalk scallion (diced) 

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 cup leafy greens

  • 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

Preparing it (5 minutes)

  1. Julienne carrot.

  2. Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.

  3. Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place in a colander for 15 minutes to drain water.

Cooking it (5 minutes)

  1. Place leafy greens into salad bowl.

  2. Place tofu on leafy greens.

  3. Sprinkle with carrots and scallions.

  4. Drizzle Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce on tofu.

  5. Top off with sesame seeds.
