ASIAN STYLE GRILLED VEGETABLES

Ingredients (2 servings)

½ small red bell pepper (diced)
-
½ small yellow bell pepper (diced)

½ small orange bell pepper (diced)
-
½ small green bell pepper (diced)
-
1 small zucchini (sliced)
-
1 small yellow squash (sliced)
-
3 stalks scallions (ends trimmed)
-
4 tbsp of Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
-
1 tbsp oil
Preparing it (6 minutes)
-
Cut all peppers into 1 inch dice.

Slice zucchini and squash.
-
Trim ends of scallions.
Cooking it (5 minutes)
-
Brush oil on vegetables.
-
Grill vegetables until done.
-
Toss with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
