ASIAN STYLED GRILLED VEGETABLES 

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ small red bell pepper (diced) 

  • ½ small yellow bell pepper (diced) 

  • ½ small orange bell pepper (diced) 

  • ½ small green bell pepper (diced) 

  • 1 small zucchini (sliced) 

  • 1 small yellow squash (sliced)

  • 3 stalks scallions (ends trimmed) 

  • 4 tbsp of Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparing it (6 minutes)

  1. Cut all peppers into 1 inch dice.

  2. Slice zucchini and squash. 

  3. Trim ends of scallions. 

Cooking it (5 minutes)

  1. Brush oil on vegetables.

  2. Grill vegetables until done.

  3. Toss with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
