beef satay chinese recipe
Skewered chunks of tender beef marinated in a spicy sesame garlic sauce grilled to perfection.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 4 stalks scallion
  • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade

Preparing it (10 minutes)
  1. Slice flank steak ¼ inch thick and 3 inches in length against the grain.
  2. Marinate with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut scallion 1 inch in length.
  4. Skewer 2 pieces of scallion and 3 pieces of beef together (use scallion to separate the beef).

Cooking it (approx. 4 - 6 minutes)
  1. Grill skewered beef on each side for approx. 2 - 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
