Eggplant sautéed
in a spicy sesame garlic sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

- 1 medium eggplant
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
- 1 stalk scallion
- 1 tbsp oil

Preparing it (3 minutes)
|
- Peel skin off the eggplant.
- Cut eggplant into cubes.
- Dice scallions.

Cooking it (5 minutes)
|
- Blanch eggplant in boiling water until slightly soft (approx. 15 seconds).
- Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Add eggplant and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade and stir fry until sauce fully coats eggplant.
- Garnish with scallions.
