Ingredients (8 servings)

- 2 lb pork loin *
- ¾ cup Asian Menu™ Hoisin Barbeque Sauce & Marinade
* You can substitute the pork loin with chicken, spare
ribs or beef.

Preparing it (20 minutes)
|
- Boil pork loin in water until fully cooked.
- Marinate cooked pork loin with Asian Menu™ Hoisin Barbeque Sauce & Marinade in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.

Cooking it (10 - 15 minutes)
|
- Barbeque or grill pork loin at medium heat until edges are brown.
