Pork tenderloin marinated in a hoisin barbeque sauce then roasted until edges are crispy and golden brown.
Ingredients (8 servings)
  • 2 lb pork loin *
  • ¾ cup Asian Menu™ Hoisin Barbeque Sauce & Marinade
* You can substitute the pork loin with chicken, spare ribs or beef.

Preparing it (20 minutes)
  1. Boil pork loin in water until fully cooked.
  2. Marinate cooked pork loin with Asian Menu™ Hoisin Barbeque Sauce & Marinade in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.

Cooking it (10 - 15 minutes)
  1. Barbeque or grill pork loin at medium heat until edges are brown.
