Beef and vegetables
stir fried with choice of pasta in a brown sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings) |
- 1 lb cooked pasta or noodle
- 6 oz flank steak *
- 4 oz snow peas
- ˝ small red bell pepper
- 1 stick carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk scallion
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce & Marinade
- 1 ˝ tbsp oil
* You can substitute flank steak with chicken, pork, seafood,
and vegetables.

Preparing it (8 minutes)
|
- Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
- Cut the ends of the snow peas.
- Slice red bell pepper, carrot and celery into thin strips.
- Cut onions into wedges.
- Chop scallions.

Cooking it (9 minutes)
|
- Boil noodle until just done.
- Blanch snow peas, red peppers, carrots, celery and onions in boiling water for 15 seconds.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet at high heat (approx. 350°F).
- Stir fry steak until desired doneness.
- Add vegetables, noodle and Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce & Marinade.
- Toss until sauce fully coats food.
- Garnish with scallions.
