Beef and vegetables stir fried with choice of pasta in a brown sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 lb cooked pasta or noodle
  • 6 oz flank steak *
  • 4 oz snow peas
  • ˝ small red bell pepper
  • 1 stick carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 ˝ tbsp oil
* You can substitute flank steak with chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables.

Preparing it (8 minutes)
  1. Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
  2. Cut the ends of the snow peas.
  3. Slice red bell pepper, carrot and celery into thin strips.
  4. Cut onions into wedges.
  5. Chop scallions.

Cooking it (9 minutes)
  1. Boil noodle until just done.
  2. Blanch snow peas, red peppers, carrots, celery and onions in boiling water for 15 seconds.
  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet at high heat (approx. 350°F).
  4. Stir fry steak until desired doneness.
  5. Add vegetables, noodle and Asian Menu™ Asian Brown Sauce & Marinade.
  6. Toss until sauce fully coats food.
  7. Garnish with scallions.
