pepper steak chinese recipe
Sliced tender beef and peppers in a spicy sesame garlic sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • ˝ lb flank steak
  • ˝ small red bell pepper
  • ˝ small green bell pepper
  • ˝ small onion
  • 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 ˝ tbsp oil

Preparing it (7 minutes)
  1. Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
  2. Cut onions and peppers into strips.

Cooking it (5 minutes)
  1. Heat ˝ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
  2. Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.
  4. Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
