Sliced tender beef
and peppers in a spicy sesame garlic sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)

- ˝ lb flank steak
- ˝ small red bell pepper
- ˝ small green bell pepper
- ˝ small onion
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
- 1 ˝ tbsp oil

Preparing it (7 minutes)
|
- Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
- Cut onions and peppers into strips.
|
|
Cooking it (5 minutes)
|
- Heat ˝ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.
- Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
