Ingredients (2 servings)

- 1 lb skinless salmon fillet *
- 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
- 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze (optional)
* You can substitute the salmon fillet with chicken, beef
or pork.

Preparing it (1 minute)
|
- Marinate salmon filet with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade for at least 15 minutes or overnight for a richer flavor.

Cooking it (10 - 12 minutes)
|
- Grill or broil marinated salmon for approximately 10 - 12 minutes.
- Brush on Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze or serve on the side (optional).
