Ingredients (2 servings)

- ˝ lb beef *
- ˝ cup of your favorite batter
- 1 cup oil for deep frying
- 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze
* You can substitute the beef with chicken, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables.

Preparing it (7 minutes)
|
- Cut beef into thin strips.
- Remove excess water from beef.
- Coat beef with batter.
|
|
Cooking it (7 minutes)
|
- Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Deep fry beef until golden brown then remove from oil and set aside.
- Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze in a skillet or wok.
- Add beef and toss until sauce fully coats beef.
