| Ingredients (2 servings) |
- 12 oz. soft (silken) tofu
- 1 stick carrot
- 1 stalk scallion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup leafy greens
- 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic sauce

Preparing it (5 minutes)

- Shred carrot.
- Dice scallion.
- Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place in a colander for 15 minutes to allow water to drain.

Cooking it (5 minutes)
|
- Place leafy greens into salad bowl.
- Place tofu on leafy greens.
- Sprinkle with carrots and scallions.
- Drizzle Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic sauce.
- Top off with sesame seeds.
