asian tofu salad chinese recipe
Soft tofu salad topped with shredded carrots and sesame seeds served on a bed of greens with a spicy sesame garlic sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 12 oz. soft (silken) tofu
  • 1 stick carrot
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup leafy greens
  • 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic sauce

Preparing it (5 minutes)
  1. Shred carrot.
  2. Dice scallion.
  3. Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place in a colander for 15 minutes to allow water to drain.

Cooking it (5 minutes)
  1. Place leafy greens into salad bowl.
  2. Place tofu on leafy greens.
  3. Sprinkle with carrots and scallions.
  4. Drizzle Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic sauce.
  5. Top off with sesame seeds.
