cold sesame noodle chinese recipe
Choice of pasta tossed with shredded carrots, chopped scallions and sesame seeds in a spicy garlic sauce.
Ingredients (4 servings)
  • 1 lb cooked pasta or noodle
  • 1 stick carrot
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 5 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
Preparing it (3 minutes)
  1. Shred carrot.
  2. Dice scallion.
Cooking it (7 minutes)
  1. Boil pasta or noodle until well done.
  2. Drain and cool down pasta or noodle with cold water
  3. Toss pasta or noodle, shredded carrots, diced scallions and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade.
  4. Top off with sesame seeds.
