Ingredients (2 servings)
|
- 1 cup oil
- ½ lb shrimp *
- 4 oz pineapple chunks
- 2 oz carrots
- 2 oz onions
- 2 oz green bell pepper
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sweet & Sour Sauce and Glaze
* You can substitute the shrimp with chicken, beef, pork,
scallops or vegetables.

Preparing it (7 minutes)
|
- Remove shells from shrimp and de-vein.
- Remove excess water from shrimp.
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Cut onions into wedges.
- Cut green bell peppers into wedges.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
|
- Blanch carrots, onions and green bell peppers in boiling water until slightly soft (15 seconds). Run under cold water.
- Heat oil in skillet or wok over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Stir fry shrimp until almost done.
- Add vegetables and Asian Menu™ Sweet & Sour Sauce and Glaze then toss until sauce fully coats shrimp and vegetables.
