Sliced chicken breast with Asian vegetables stir fried in a spicy sesame garlic sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • ½ lb. chicken breast
  • ½ small red bell pepper
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 stick carrot
  • ½ cup snow peas
  • ½ cup baby corn
  • ¼ cup onions
  • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil

Preparing it (10 minutes)
  1. Cut chicken into thin slices.
  2. Cut pepper and onion into strips.
  3. Cut broccoli into florets.
  4. Slice stick of carrot.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 20 seconds.
  2. Blanch carrots and snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.
  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx 350°F).
  4. Add chicken and stir fry until almost done.
  5. Add all vegetables to wok or skillet and stir fry until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade and stir fry for 30 seconds.
