Ingredients (2 servings)

- ˝ lb chicken thigh or breast meat *
- ˝ cup of your favorite batter
- 1 cup oil for deep frying

Preparing it (7 minutes)
|
- Cut chicken into small cubes.
- Remove excess water from chicken.
- Coat chicken with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
|
- Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Deep fry chicken until golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.
- Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze in a skillet or wok.
- Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
