crispy orange chicken chinese recipe
Boneless chicken battered and deep fried until crispy then glazed with an orange ginger sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • ˝ lb chicken thigh or breast meat *
  • ˝ cup of your favorite batter
  • 1 cup oil for deep frying
  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze
* You can substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables.

Preparing it (7 minutes)
  1. Cut chicken into small cubes.
  2. Remove excess water from chicken.
  3. Coat chicken with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
  2. Deep fry chicken until golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.
  3. Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze in a skillet or wok.
  4. Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
