general tso's chicken chinese recipe
Cubes of boneless chicken deep fried until crispy and golden brown then glazed with the famous General Tso's sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • ˝ lb chicken thigh or breast meat *
  • ˝ cup of your favorite batter
  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ General Tso's Sauce & Glaze
  • 1 cup oil for deep frying
* You can substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp or vegetables.

Preparing it (7 minutes)
  1. Cut chicken into small cubes.
  2. Remove excess water from chicken.
  3. Coat chicken with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
  2. Deep fry chicken until golden brown then remove from oil and set aside.
  3. Heat Asian Menu™ General Tso's Sauce & Glaze in a skillet or wok.
  4. Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
