crispy orange beef chinese recipe
Sliced beef battered and deep fried until crispy then glazed with a mildly spicy orange ginger sauce.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • ˝ lb beef *
  • ˝ cup of your favorite batter
  • 1 cup oil for deep frying
  • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze
* You can substitute the beef with chicken, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables.

Preparing it (7 minutes)
  1. Cut beef into thin strips.
  2. Remove excess water from beef.
  3. Coat beef with batter.

Cooking it (7 minutes)
  1. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
  2. Deep fry beef until golden brown then remove from oil and set aside.
  3. Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce & Glaze in a skillet or wok.
  4. Add beef and toss until sauce fully coats beef.
