The shelf life of an unopened bottle is 1 year from the date of manufacturing. Once the products are opened, they should be refrigerated and are best used within 6 months.

For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: standard delivery, 2nd day delivery and overnight express. Standard delivery will deliver your product within 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. 2nd Day Delivery guarantees delivery of your order within two business days. Overnight Express guarantees delivery of your order the very next business day.

13. What is your return policy?

We guarantee that your JKL Specialty Foods, Inc., food products will be fresh and arrive in good condition. If upon receipt the products are damaged, please e-mail us at info@asianmenusauces.com with your order number and the problem you have with your order. Once we respond to your e-mail with a Return Authorization Number (RA), simply use the carrier that is most convenient for you and ship the damaged products back to us in their original packaging and carton within 14 days of product receipt. Also attach a note with your shipment that includes the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Order number
  • Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Reason for return
All other types of returns or exchanges are not applicable on our JKL Specialty Foods, Inc., food products.

14. Are your products gluten free? Specifically, is the brewed soy sauce made with wheat?

Unfortunately most of our products use a soy sauce that contain wheat. The only product available at this time that is gluten free is our Sweet & Sour Sauce & Glaze.
